Training & Vetting
Carpet-cleaning training
Our carpet-cleaning technicians receive specialist training covering fibre identification, cleaning methods, product selection, hot-water extraction, stain removal and drying techniques. Evidence of the current training route can be supplied on request.
City & Guilds biohazard training
Soapranos holds City & Guilds biohazard training for specialist cleaning work. Each job is assessed before acceptance and carried out within the agreed scope and method statement.
Staff Vetting & DBS Checks
Team members are vetted before employment. DBS-checked staff can be assigned where the role and setting are eligible and require it, including some education, care and healthcare environments.

We hold full employers' liability insurance covering all our cleaning staff while working on client premises. This is a legal requirement for any business employing staff, and we maintain it as a standard matter of course.
Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)
Risk assessments and method statements are available on request for all our services. This is particularly important for commercial, industrial, and healthcare clients who require documentation for their own compliance records.
