Quality is then checked through structured audits every three weeks, with actions recorded and followed up.
Our Training Programme
Induction Training
Every new team member completes a structured induction programme before their first solo clean. This covers company standards, cleaning procedures, health and safety, and client communication.
Carpet-cleaning training
Technicians receive specialist training covering fibre identification, cleaning methods, product selection, hot-water extraction, stain removal and drying techniques. Evidence of the current training route is available on request.
Health & Safety
All staff receive health and safety training covering safe handling of cleaning chemicals, COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) compliance, manual handling, PPE use, and workplace safety awareness.
Specialist Biohazard Training
Soapranos holds City & Guilds biohazard training for specialist cleaning work. Healthcare cleaning specifications are agreed around each facility's own procedures and risk requirements.
Industrial Safety
Staff working in industrial environments receive training specific to those settings, including working safely around machinery, use of appropriate PPE, and awareness of site-specific hazards.
Quality Standards
Our quality control system is AI-managed and audited every three weeks. Staff are trained to understand the standards they're expected to maintain and how quality is assessed on their assigned contracts.

Our values include paying staff fairly. Annual price reviews across our commercial contracts are aligned with wage levels — we don't win contracts by underpaying staff and cutting corners.
