We are happy to work with you to develop a bespoke cleaning plan for your home.
Our tailored cleaning plans can be delivered weekly to ensure you always come home to a clean home, just the way you would like it.

How do we develop your cleaning specification?

In order to meet your requirements our cleaning plans are developed directly with you. At no cost to you we will meet you at your own home so that you can discuss and show us your requirements.
Following this meeting, a draft cleaning specification will be drawn up and submitted to you along with a competitive quote for your approval.
The specification will allow for a flexible cleaning approach. Ie you may want your cleaner to concentrate on a specific area or task.

When we agree a cleaning specification with you we will arrange cleaning times, access details and allocate you a cleaner. We will also confirm our insurance details, references and DBS (CRB) clearance details.

After a month from your cleaning schedule start date, we will contact you to check that you are happy with our service.

For your peace of mind all of our Soapranos cleaning staff are:

• Fully vetted. References and identity are checked.
• Insured. We carry full insurance including public liability and accidental damage.
• Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checked (previously CRB).
• Uniformed with clear Soaprano logo.
