You do not need to be at home when we call. We will email you a report with before and after pictures.However, if you are at home that is OK too. Our gutter cleaners are very polite and professional. They will show you what they have cleaned from your gutters and explain any issues or problems they find. Feel free to offer them a cup of tea!

We need access to the perimeter of your property.  Please can you ensure any gates are unlocked. Our primary method of access to your gutters is with a ladder. You need to let us know if using a ladder would be difficult, or not possible.

On arrival, our gutter cleaner will make a brief assessment of your gutters. They will check for existing damage or problems and let you know if there is a problem. Please note we do not ask, pressure you, or accept other work relating to your gutters or roofing etc.

The time allocations are for our scheduling purposes only. The price you pay is for the completed job. Most jobs take between 1 and 2 hours to complete. If we think the job will take longer than 2 hours we will let you know and quote accordingly. We will never pressure you to accept our quote or work. You are free to cancel and we will promptly refund any money that you have paid.
